With our new Tulu Market at our Brooklyn locations, we are able to Provide access to household items like vacuums and printers for rent. Just download the app, reserve the items you need, and when you are done, return them. As easy as that, no more waiting lists and reservation confusions.
You can also get healthy on-the-go meals and snacks with our Canteen Market self-checkout experience. No unnecessary contact needed, just pick up what you need and pay with your phone! Reducing interactions and touch-points at FOUND Study is key to avoid the spread of diseases, and our technology will do it or you.

With the latest innovation in laundry machines, our partnership with SEBCO will let you control your laundry from your phone. You will be able to check for available machines prior to heading to the laundry room, track washing/drying status, and pay directly from your phone. We take the safety and well-being of our FOUND Study residents and employees as our #1 priority, which is why at our FOUND Study Brooklyn locations, we have now implemented the SupeariorTM Automated Temperature Screening Kiosk tech.
This technology will check your temperature, it is able to tell if you are wearing a mask within seconds, and the best part is, our staff will be completely safe because this technology works automatically!

FOUND STUDY
At FoundStudy, everything is included except for food and personal items. But who would want to share their favorite mug anyway!
FOUND Day is an event organized each semester that will connect residents to further build a strong community. Residents will be introduced to their FOUND membership and the brand as a whole during FOUND Day. But hold up, we care about your safety!
This year we will complete FOUND Day via Zoom to ensure that all safety precautions are taken and will provide games and quizzes to get the residents involved. You will have a specific time to join according to your building and you will meet new people, all while gaining a strong understanding of the FOUND membership and brand.
