Are you a CUNY student looking housing in NYC? You've come to the right place! Our Midtown East location is centrally located, steps from public transportation, and has incredible common areas such as various student lounges, a fitness center, and a game room, and a roof top lounge!

  • If you are a CURRENT or NEW RESIDENT, Please submit your application with a personal email address (gmail, yahoo, aol, etc) DO NOT USE YOUR .EDU EMAIL!
     

  • To receive the preferred rate, the student MUST ID themselves as a CUNY student on the application

Approval Requirements

  • Proof of Enrollment / Proof of Internship

  • Proof of Income (employment, or guarantor monthly) equal to 2x monthly rent

  • If a student qualifies with a guarantor, guarantor income statements and signatures are required

  • $80 application fee
