GUIDELINES AND UPDATES
The well-being of our residents and employees is of utmost importance to us at FOUND. We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and following guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention agency, ACHA guidelines, and local health departments. Our one and only goal is to provide our residents and employees with a safe and healthy experience. Our commitment to cleanliness is stronger than ever. Here are some of the extra precautionary measures we are implementing:
Cleaning and Disinfecting
The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting has been increased in all common areas with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces including: desk counters, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, communal kitchens and laundry areas, vending machines, and stair handrails. Doors to communal spaces will be propped open at all times.
All properties are committed to meeting or exceeding state and local health authority guidelines on proper social distancing. Staff and students will be required to stand at least 6 feet apart from each other.
Signage and Prevention
Health, hygiene, and safety reminders will be placed throughout the building to ensure residents and team members are following the CDC and local Health Department guidelines.
Masks and Face Coverings
Team members are required to wear masks at all times and residents must wear masks or face coverings when in any communal areas.
Looking for a new home? For your safety and convenience, we now offer virtual tours of the property and rooms. Schedule one today with one of our student housing advisors.
We will continue to monitor the situation and implement changes as necessary to ensure the safety of our current and future residents as well as our employees. All changes will be updated on our website immediately.
On behalf of everyone at FOUND, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19—this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus but also their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so many more. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our residents, employees, and communities.
